Join Michele for an evening in an Austrian kitchen. Let’s make Strudel dough, a paper thin unleavened dough that is a traditional part of any Austrian table. You will get the chance to make the dough, fill it with your choice of sweet or savory filling, roll it up in a giant piece of cloth and bring it home to bake or freeze for a future dinner party.

Michele Levesque is the chef and co-owner of El El Frijoles in Sargentville ME. She is a bit of a junkie when it comes to world cuisines and spends as much time as she can exploring the food of other cultures through eating, cooking, reading and international travel. Mahlzeit!
